The CLEANER Rotational Thrombectomy System is a percutaneous catheter based system. A disposable, hand-held battery operated rotator drive unit is attached to a dispersion wire which rotates at approximately 4,000 RPM. The distal, sinuous shaped tip of the wire facilitates gentle mechanical declotting of occluded native vessel dialysis fistulae and synthetic dialysis access grafts as well as the delivery of therapeutic agents in the peripheral vasculature. The wire and atruamatic soft tip are radiopaque for fluoroscopic visualization.
